<p>The invention relates to an installation for thermogasodynamic testing at high parameters, used especially in the field of gas turbo engines. According to the invention, the installation comprises two concentric tubings, the active section (A) circulating high parameters flue gases, through the annular space formed by the active section (A) and the casing of the active section (B), circulating cooling air, the temperature being regulated by means of a combustion chamber (F) and the fuel injection system (E), the primary cooling air, introduced through a pipe (2) through an annular space surrounding the casing of the combustion chamber (a), being directed towards an annular space between the active section (A) and the active section (B) through a conical annular space (c), the fixed expansion point being ensured by a number of profiled cylindrical bushings (10) which enter some bushings (11) welded on the active section (A) and are concentrically positioned on some bushings (12) welded on the casing of the active section (B), the fastening being carried out by some thermocouples (K), several measuring probes (M) being mounted and inserted along the active section, the axial expansion of the active section (A), due to the temperature, being solved by profiling a cylindrical hole (13) at the base of the flange of the measuring sensor (M) and by introducing into the profile a spring (14) pressing on a graphite cylinder (15), further on into an annular space (d) there being introduced a secondary cooling air by means of a tubing (H), wherefrom the air penetrates as a film cooling air through some discharge holes (e), at the outlet there being provided a tubing comprising some concentrical cylindrical sections (20, 21, 22), said tubing forming a staged ejector.</p> |
