<p>The invention relates to a warning and protection system to laser illumination and radar. According to the invention, the system comprises a laser detection subsystem (A) receiving the laser radiations in the wavelength range from 0.8 to 1.7μm, a radar detection subsystem (B) receiving signals in radiolocation (radar) pulse in a duty cycle range from 33 to 37 GHz, with a sensitivity of 40 dBm, and a processing and the counter-action central unit (C) which takes over the pulses received in the laser and radar detection subsystems (A and B), it processes them, ensures the acoustical warning, indicates the direction of the signal reception, the type of the irradiation source, the loading condition of counter-action launchers and the counter-action section nearest to the irradiation section, controls the launching of the counter-action means existing on the tank and ensures the management of available counter-action means. The laser detection subsystem (A) comprises a laser detection unit (1) and a supply unit (2). The laser detection unit (1) comprises 13 identical sensors and 13 corresponding amplifiers. The radar detection subsystem (B) comprises a radar detection unit (3) and a supply unit (4). The radar detection unit (3) comprises 6 identical sensors and 6 corresponding amplifiers. The radar and laser pulses received in the laser detection subsystem (A) and in the radar detection subsystem (B) are transmitted as TTL signals to the processing and the counter-action central unit (C), which is located inside the tank. The processing and the counter-action central unit (C) comprises a unit for the acquisition, decision and displaying of the laser and radar signal, and a unit controlling and managing the grenades.</p> |
