PURPOSE: A valve frame plate and a manufacturing method thereof having excellent durability are provided to prevent corrosion due to sea wind by forming a printing plate unit. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a valve frame plate having excellent durability(100) is as follows. A flat plate is cut to manufacture an annular circular plate of which center has a central hole(S1). At least one cutting groove is formed on the edge of the circular plate. A rim for preventing the deformation of the circular plate is formed in the edge of the circular plate through an insert injection molding(S2). An annular printing plate unit in which information on the use or the opening and closing directions of a valve is printed is manufactured(S3). After the printing plate unit is fixed on the top of the circular plate, an insertion hole is formed in the center to insert a stem end of the valve(S4).
