PURPOSE: A method for detecting a target antigen from a biological sample using a catridge is provided to enable quick and simple multiple detection of various antigens. CONSTITUTION: A cartridge for detecting a target antigen comprises: a sample injection part(150), a first channel(160), a reaction unit(170), and a second channel(180). The first channel has a detection structure having nanoparticles(100), a first single strand polynucleotide(110), a second single strand polynucleotide(120), and a first antibody(130). A method for detecting the target antigen comprises: a step of injecting a biological sample containing the target antigen to a sample inlet hole to contact the detection structure; a step of contacting the detection structure with a second antibody; and a step of applying heat to the reactant.
