<p>The present invention provides a white color organic electroluminescence device including: a cathode; an anode; and one or more organic thin film layers including at least a light emitting layer, the one or more organic thin film layers being sandwiched between the cathode and the anode, in which the light emitting layer is constituted of a laminate of a bluish color light emitting layer and a yellow-to-reddish color light emitting layer, and the light emitting layer contains an asymmetric compound containing a condensed ring. This white color organic EL device realizes reduced chromaticity changes, excels in efficiency of light emission and thermal stability, and ensures strikingly prolonged lifetime.</p> |
