摘要 PURPOSE: A tandem structure dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce production costs by forming a photo-electrode and a counter electrode at one substrate. CONSTITUTION: A lower side dye sense solar cell(300) is composed of a photo-electrode(110), a counter electrode(120), an insulating layer(130), and a nano-oxide layer(140). The counter electrode is separately formed with the photo-electrode. The insulating layer is formed into the structure of covering the upper side and side of the counter electrode. An upper side sense solar cell(400) is composed of a photo-electrode(210), a counter electrode(220), a porosity insulating layer(230), a nano-oxide layer(240). The lower side dye sense solar cell and the upper side sense solar cell are as the structure of each other facing with a sealing material(700).
