Disclosed is a liquid skin cleanser composition which has excellent creamy foaming properties and good low-temperature stability. The liquid skin cleanser composition is free from skin irritation and safe for use by females with sensitive skin or children with weak skin, and provides a moist feeling after being dried. Specifically disclosed is a liquid skin cleanser composition which contains: (A) 4-20% by mass of fatty acid potassium (K) salts represented by R1COOK (wherein R1 represents a monovalent linear or branched hydrocarbon group having 5-25 carbon atoms, in which some hydrogen atoms may be substituted by hydroxyl groups, and the mass ratio of the fatty acid potassium (K) salts with R1 having 11 or less carbon atoms (C11 or less) to the fatty acid potassium (K) salts with R1 having 12 or more carbon atoms (C12 or more), namely (C11 or less)/(C12 or more) is 1.5-5); (B) an amine represented by R2-NH2 (wherein R2 represents a monovalent linear or branched hydrocarbon group having 1-6 carbon atoms, in which some hydrogen atoms may be substituted by hydroxyl groups); and (C) 5-30% by mass of glycerol.
