PURPOSE: A cutting device for a plastic bag is provided to increase a speed of a cutting device while maintaining a speed of a sealing device by controlling an interval of a film generated when cutting is restarted so that an output of a plastic bag is increased. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device for a plastic bag comprises a sealing unit(10), a double speed cutting unit(14), a control unit, and a feeding control unit(18). N is a natural number indicating a predetermined time unit and M is the natural number indicating a multiple of a cutting speed with respect to a sealing speed. The sealing unit seals once per every N seconds and supplies. The double speed cutting unit receives a synthetic resin film(12) and cuts per every N/M seconds. The double cutting unit comprises a servo motor, stops when cutting, and supplies when transferring. The control unit sets a multiple M for a double speed cutting and controls a cutting speed of the double speed cutting unit and a sealing speed of the sealing unit based on the multiple M. The feeding control unit is installed in between the sealing unit and the double cutting unit. If the servo motor stops when cutting in the double cutting unit, the synthetic resin film supplied from the sealing unit is buffering while maintaining a constant tension. When the servo motor is operated, the synthetic resin material film is supplied while maintaining the constant tension.
