PURPOSE: A bone grinder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance bone grinding efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a bone grinder is as follows. Zirconia(ZrO2) 90-99.9 mole % and yttria(Y2O3) 0.1-10 mole % are mixed and shattered into pieces(S110). Pressure is applied to the mixed and shattered powder in one direction(S120). The molded mixture passes through cold water pressure molding(S130). The molded product is annealed(S140). The annealed product is processed using CAD/CAM(S150). The produce is sintered in an oxidizing atmosphere(S160).
