PURPOSE: A digital amplifier having a power off function when there is no input signal is provided to reduce standby power consumption by automatically turning off a power source in a state that there are no input signals from a plurality of input terminals. CONSTITUTION: A digital amplifier having a power off function when there is no input signal includes a first audio input unit(1) and a second audio input unit(2) having a priority than the first audio input unit. The digital amplifier includes a first audio signal monitoring unit(3) monitoring an audio signal inputted through the first audio input unit and a second audio signal monitoring unit(4) monitoring the audio signal inputted through the second audio input unit. The digital amplifier includes a MICOM(Micro Processor COMputer)(5) connected to the first and second audio signal monitoring units and a main amplifier(7) transmitting the audio signal inputted through the first and second audio input units to a speaker(8). The digital amplifier includes a main amplifier power supply unit supplying power to the main amplifier.
