The invention relates to benzimidazoles of Formula (1)where definitions of R1, R2, R3, R4 are given in the description and to pharmaceutical acceptable salts, solvates and solvates of the salts thereof, in which at least one hydrogen atom in R1, R2, R3, R4 groups or in any of R1, R2, R3 and R4 combination is replaced by a deuterium atom. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds as well as intermediates are also proposed. |
