PURPOSE: An industrial material bonding sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the weathering ability, durability, and staining resistance of industrial materials. CONSTITUTION: An industrial material bonding sheet(1000) includes a first bonding layer(200), a substrate layer(100), and a second bonding layer(300). The first bonding layer is obtained by spreading or coating a synthetic resin adhesive(220) based on a polyolefin or polyurethane-cyanoacrylate resin on a first sheet(210) produced from a polyolefin or polypropylene resin. The synthetic resin adhesive contains 15-40wt% of polyolefin or polyurethane-cyanoacrylate resin and 60-85wt% of solvent. The second bonding layer is obtained by spreading or coating a hot-melt adhesive(320) based on an ethylene vinyl acetate or polyurethane resin on a second sheet(310) produced from a polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate resin. The hot-melt adhesive contains 10-15 parts of gum rosin solution in toluene by weight and 0.5-5 parts of nylon powder by weight for 100 parts of mixture by weight containing the ethylene vinyl acetate or polyurethane resin and a solvent.
