PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting a tilting limit angle of a chair is provided to enable a user to adjust the tilting angle of a chair according to his/her desire. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting a tilting limit angle of a chair comprises a tilting case(110), a seat back connection bracket(120), an elastic body(130), a limit block(140), a limit locker(150), a stopper(160), and a handle shaft(170). In the tilting case, the elastic body applying tilting restoring force to the seat back connection bracket is installed. The seat back connection bracket is hinge-coupled with the tilting case and is connected to the seat back. The elastic body is installed within the tilting case. The limit block is fixed to the lower part of the seat back connection bracket. The limit locker is fixed within the tilting case. The stopper is pivotally combined with the tilting case. The handle shaft is fixed to the rotation center of the stopper.
