摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to oncohematology. In order to predict overall survival of patients with multiple myeloma, as factors of unfavourable prognosis used are levels of 2-microglobulin and creatinine in blood serum, patient's sex and immunochemical version of multiple myeloma. Level of 2-microglobulin ëÑ5.7mg/l is evaluated as 2 points, level of creatinine ëÑ110 mcmol/l - as 1 point, female sex of patient - as 1 point, IgA immunochemical version of multiple myeloma - as 1 point. Absence of each of said factors is evaluated as 0 points. In group of low risk with sum of points 0-1 overall survival within 46 months is predicted. In group of intermediate risk with sum of points 2-3 overall survival within 27 months is predicted.
