THE PROCESS FOR PREPARING HIGHLY POLYMERIZED URUSHIOL FROM NATURAL LACQUER, AND INDUSTRIAL LACQUER AND COATING MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A synthesis method of urushiol multimer, lacquer paint for industrial use, and a manufacturing method of a coating agent are provided to improve compatibility with various vehicles and stability. CONSTITUTION: A synthesis method of urushiol multimer comprises the following step: polymerizing the urushiol multimer by heating the urushiol under the presence of the inert gas. The urushiol is manufactured by the following steps: separating a urushiol - fertilization solution by mixing an organic solvent with natural lacquer and leaving the mixture alone; and refining the urushiol by vacuum evaporating the organic solvent from the urushiol fertilization solution.
