PURPOSE: A slave display device, a set-top box, and a system for controlling digital contents are provided to control a TV by using a GUI(Graphical User Interface) offered through the slave display device. CONSTITUTION: A set top box transmits generated images to a master display device and a slave display device(120). The master display device displays an image for the master display device. The slave display device displays an image for the slave display device. The slave display device provides a control screen area(420) for the control of the master display device or the slave display device to a separate display area.
