APARTMENT HOUSE SOLAR THERMAL ENERGY HOT WATER SYSTEM EQUIPPED COMMUNAL HEAT STORAGE TANK AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A hot water system using solar heat for an apartment house having an apartment heat storage tank and a control method thereof are provided to improve reliability, and to decrease energy consumption by organically controlling the system. CONSTITUTION: A hot water system using solar heat for an apartment house comprises a solar collection unit(100), an unit household management unit(200), and an apartment house management unit(300). The unit household management unit comprises heat storage tanks(210) for each unit household, upper and lower temperature sensors for unit households, a second three-way valve, and a controller for each unit household(220). The heat storage tanks for each unit household store thermal energy collected through a solar heat collector(110). The upper and lower temperature sensors for the unit households are installed in upper and lower ends of the heat storage tanks for each unit household. The second three-way valve is connected to a boiler, and discharges hot water in the heat storage tanks for each unit household. The controller for each unit household controls the opening degree of the second three-way valve according to the temperature of the upper temperature sensor. The apartment house management unit comprises a group heat storage tank(310), upper and lower temperature sensors for the group heat storage tank, and a main controller(320). The group heat storage tank stores surplus thermal energy left after being used for each unit household. The main controller utilizes detected temperature values of the lower temperature sensors for controlling the temperature difference of a circulation pump.
