FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of meat preserves production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, wheat flour sauteing in melted fat, beef cutting and cooking to separate meat broth. Wheat flour, sunflower flour, sugar, salt and black hot pepper are introduced into the produced broth. Then one performs the broth cooking (while continuously stirring) and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce. The beef and the sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
