FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed appliance comprises hook and lock made up of spring-loaded handle arranged to turn on end axle and having main and two lateral surfaces articulated with lock clamp that may turn on main and intermediate axles. Lock is furnished with hollow case secured to one of elements to be connected. Vertical walls of said case has bores made to receive end, main and intermediate axles. Handle is provided with spring-loaded clevis. Clamp has ""-shape brace and cam mechanism made up of two cams fitted on main axle and rigidly jointed by extra axle and drive with rod.
