Provided is a method of identifying a subject with immunosuppression associated with transplants comprising: determining the level of expression of one or more immunosuppression expression vectors in a previously obtained sample, wherein a level of expression is determined using at least one technique selected from the group consisting of polymerase chain reaction, heteroduplex analysis, single stand conformational polymorphism analysis, ligase chain reaction, comparative genome hybridization, southern blotting, northern blotting, western blotting, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, fluorescent resonance energy-transfer and sequencing, wherein the one or more immunosuppression expression vectors comprise three or more genes selected from a set of specified genes and displaying each of the immunosuppression expression vectors with a separate identifier. |
