Vaporous working liquid is condensed and cyclically returned as liquid phase to the vessel. To working liquid (prior to and after the beginning of heating process) there added is catalytic additive in the form of catalytic substance or catalytic mixture of substances in quantity of 0.0000001 to 0.1 wt %. Additive represents solid substance, its solution or suspension, or liquid substance or its emulsion. Catalytic substance and mass ratio of individual substances in catalytic mixture is chosen so that it prevents decomposition of substance or mixture under action of high temperature and pressure in compliance with existing need and workshop conditions. ^ EFFECT: invention allows increasing the efficiency of the target process, enlarging operating capabilities at economic attraction of available and safe processes. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
