The present invention is related to an improved composition of an additive for improving the demulsifier-flow (IMP-MDF-10) used in the treatment of heavy crude oil (minor to 15° API) obtained from the extraction processes in oilfields; the invention includes a mixture of chemical products which considerably reduce the viscosity and has a demulsifying effect with which the dehydration is accelerated as well as the desalination; this is obtained due to the prefect conjunction formed by the dosage of the composition. The additive composition comprises the following components: a flow improver agent, an asphaltene scale inhibitor (succinimide, C4H5NO2), a paraffin inhibitor (terpenic type or 2-methyl-1,3-butadiene), a demulsifier (poly oxy-alkylene n-C2-C4), an aromatic solvent (C6H4(CH3)2) as a vehicle.
