PURPOSE: A local ventilation device is provided to improve exhaust efficiency by effectively ventilating according to the movement of pollutants. CONSTITUTION: A local ventilation device(100) comprises a flexible duct(110), a dust collecting hood unit(120), a support spring(130), a guide rail(140), a movable guide unit(150), and a bending guide unit(160). The discharge part of the flexible duct is connected to a ventilation system. The dust collecting hood unit is connected to a suction part of the flexible duct. The supports spring inserted into the outside of the flexible duct, and encloses the outside of the flexible duct. The guide rail is installed side by side with a path for the dust collecting hood unit to move. The movable and bending guide units are movably installed along the guide rail.
