PURPOSE: A hydrodynamic bearing assembly and a motor including the same are provided to improve durability and impact resistance of a stopper by changing a structure and assembling method of the stopper. CONSTITUTION: A motor comprises a hydrodynamic bearing assembly(1), a stator(2), and a rotor(3). The hydrodynamic bearing assembly comprises a shaft(10), a sleeve(20), a base cover(40), and a stopper(30). The shaft is inserted into the sleeve in order to support the rotation of the rotor. The sleeve supports the shaft in order to project an upper end portion of the shaft to an upper portion of a shaft direction. A radial dynamic pressure groove for generating dynamic pressure supporting the rotation of the shaft is formed on an inner circumferential side of the sleeve. |
