PURPOSE: A hybrid of pagrus major and acanthopagrus schlegeli and a method for breeding the same are provided to facilitate the breeding of the hybrid in cold seasons. CONSTITUTION: A method for breeding hybrid of pagrus major and acanthopagrus schlegeli is as follows. Egg cell and semen are respectively extracted from female pagrus major and male acanthopagrus schlegeli. A fertilized egg is obtained by executing artificial fertilization for two days and the fertilized egg is hatched and reared. The egg cell and semen are gathered using gonadotropin.
