Disclosed herein are pyrimido[5,4-d]pyrimidine compounds of general formula (I), wherein R1-R4, X1, X2, X3, L1 and L2 are defined as in claim 1, methods of their preparation, and their use as medicaments for the treatment of diseases characterised by excessive or anomalous cell proliferation, such as cancer, infections, inflammations or autoimmune disorders.
