The block (1) has a self-bearing structure satisfying functions of a Canadian well, where the block is parallelepiped in shape and made of concrete. The structure is hidden in a ground, and supports walls of a building directly. A foundation element has a hollow interior section (2) allowing circulation of air between an air inlet and an air outlet of the building, where two surfaces of the block are opened. Bottom of the block is provided with precuts (3).
