<p>The method involves applying magnetic field on a part of a member e.g. upper portion of thigh, and/or trunk of a patient using adipose overload reducing devices (100, 200, 300) to reduce visceral or intramuscular fat weight at the level of intramuscular lipocytes of the patient, where the magnetic field has a frequency ranging between 40 and 60 Hertz, and intensity ranging between 0.1 and 2 Gauss. Power and/or duration of the magnetic field applied on the patient are controlled. The fat weight and/or muscle weight are estimated to adapt the power and/or duration of the magnetic field. An independent claim is also included for a method for simulation of sports practice.</p> |
