PURPOSE: A public-managed bicycle management system is provided to activate a use of bicycle as the environment-friendly public transportation, by mutually using a IT-combined RFID electronic card as public bicycle management means. CONSTITUTION: A fixed attachment-type self-lock-card-key(21) is attached into communally used public bicycle. Electronic keys are supplied to each user. First-stage master identification code is recognized according to registration condition by RFID card electronic key. Locking and opening of Self-Lock-Card-Key of the bicycle are operated through the RFID Card electronic key, according to validity and time of second-stage ID number. |
