摘要 |
PURPOSE: A composite material for an EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) filter is provided to optimize electrical characteristics such as a dielectric constant and permeability by improving attenuation performance of electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: A composite material for an EMI filter includes NZCF(NiO, ZnO, CuO, Fe2O3) and PSZT(PbO, SrCo3, ZrO2, T1O2). The composite for the EMI filter includes the NZCF of 40-70 weight% and the PSZT of remnant weight%. The composition of the NZCF is composed of Ni0.3Zn0.5Cu0.2Fe2O4. The composition of the PSZT is composed of (Pb0.94Sr0.06)(Zr0.53Ti0.47) O2. A weight ratio of the PSZT and the NZCF is formed into 40/60. The NZCF and the PSZT are sintered at 1000°C-1100°C. |
