APPARATUS, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR DIAGNOSING DETERIORATION OF INSULATING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose deterioration of an insulating material.

SOLUTION: A deterioration diagnosis apparatus 1 comprises estimation means 4 and diagnosis means 7. The estimation means 4 estimates an insulation resistance value of an insulating material by a T method of multivariate analysis on the basis of a coefficient 12 of an evaluation item precedently set for the insulating material and a measured value 14 of the evaluation item. The diagnosis means 7 obtains an estimation curve corresponding to change of the insulation resistance value occurring in a use period of the insulating material on the basis of the estimated insulation resistance value and the use period of the insulating material, and obtains an effective period of the insulating material on the basis of a time point when a value on the estimation curve becomes a precedently set threshold value, 11, or less.
