<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser in which weight saving is achieved by simplifying the configuration of the dispenser. <P>SOLUTION: A dispenser according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a head frame 14 which is supported so as to have a prescribed backlash margin; a dispenser head 16 which is supported by the head frame and has a large number of nozzles 20; a dispenser table 26 on which a chip case 24, in which a large number of chips 24 to be fitted with the tip portion of each nozzle 20 are arranged, is installed; positioning moving means for moving the head frame 14 in a horizontal direction to set a fitting standby position W where the tip portion of each nozzle and each chip vertically face each other; a head frame lifting mechanism 32 which allows the tip portion of each nozzle and each chip, which are in the fitting standby position W, to approach each other into a preliminary fitted state of shallow fitting; and chip fitting energizing means 40 for applying downward energizing force, in the preliminary fitted state, to the dispenser head 16 via the head frame 14 within the range of the backlash margin to allow the tip portion of each nozzle to be fitted with each chip further deeply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
