摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger capable of charging a battery even if a residual quantity of the battery is near an over-discharged state. <P>SOLUTION: A charger according to the present invention comprises: a battery; an interface which can be connected to and communicate with an external device; charging means for drawing in current via the interface and charging the battery with the drawn-in current; and first control means which controls the interface to communicate information for current which can be drawn in from the external device when the residual quantity of the battery or a voltage is greater than or equal to a prescribed value, while controlling the charging means to draw in current of a first value via the interface and charge the battery with the drawn-in current when the residual quantity of the battery or the voltage is less than the prescribed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
