<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of keeping the distance between a magnetic flux generating part and an outer peripheral surface of a heating rotary belt constant. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing device 9 comprises: a fixing rotator unit including a heating rotary belt 9a, a pressing member 92 being in contact with the inner surface of the heating rotary belt 9a, a pressing rotator 9b which sandwiches the heating rotary belt 9a with the pressing member 92 to form a fixing nip F with the heating rotary belt 9a, and a belt guiding member 77 having a guiding part 771 and an extending part 772, positioning the heating rotary belt 9a, and guiding the rotation of the heating rotary belt 9a; and an induction heating part 70 including a magnetic flux generating part 71, a magnetic core part 72, and a supporting part 78 for supporting the magnetic flux generating part 71. In the fixing device 9, the supporting part 78 has a positioning part 781 which is brought into contact with or engaged with the extending part 772 to position the belt guiding member 77 so that the distance between the magnetic flux generating part 71 and the outer peripheral surface of the heating rotary belt 9a is kept constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
