<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-inflammatory agent having high anti-inflammatory effect, an anti-aging agent having high anti-aging effect, hair growth tonic having high hair growth effect, and cosmetic having high anti-inflammatory effect, anti-aging effect, hair growth effect, and moisture retention. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-inflammatory agent, anti-aging agent, and hair growth tonic contain fermentation broth by Kluyveromyces thermotolerans.
