<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrolytic copper foil which maintains high strength even after long-time storage and further even after heating, and is superior in electric conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolytic copper foil is manufactured by electrolyzing an acidic copper plating solution in sulfuric acid which contains (A) a dithiocarbamic derivative or salt thereof; (B) thiourea; (C) a water-soluble sulfur compound having mercapto group or derivative thereof, or their salts; (D) polyalkylene glycol; and (E) chlorine ion as additives. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
