<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hot-water heater, which is capable of obtaining a stable heat exchange characteristic by applying appropriate contact surface pressure between heat medium flow tubes and heater members which constitute the hot-water heater and improving reliability by increasing the joining strength between the heat medium flow tubes by a simple and easy manufacturing step. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a hot-water heater is provided with: a heat medium flow tube formation step of forming a heat medium flow tube 2 by brazing a tube constituting member 6; a positioning/pressure application step of arranging a plurality of heat medium flow tubes 2 parallel to each other, disposing heater members 4 between the heat medium flow tubes 2, and applying pressure in the stack direction of the heat medium flow tubes 2 and the heater members 4 such that the heater members 4 closely adhere to heater contact surfaces 7 of the heat medium flow tubes 2 while positioning the heat medium flow tubes 2 and the heater members 4; and a tube joining step of joining the heat medium flow tubes 2 while being positioned in the positioning/pressure application step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
