<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless steel pipe rolling device which completely removes a second scale of a shell inner surface, and can prevent generation of an inner surface defect without greatly increasing cost of equipment and operation, and to provide a rolling method. <P>SOLUTION: The seamless steel pipe rolling device includes a mandrel bar 1 which supports a plug 2 for inner surface rolling of a tube to be rolled 4 by a bar tip. The mandrel bar comprises disposing: a nozzle 11 which jets high-pressure water to an inner surface of the tube to be rolled at a portion at least in a longitudinal direction thereof; a water supply channel 24 which supplies water to the nozzle through a bar inside from a bar rear end; a circular wire brush 12 which adjoins with the nozzle, rotates enclosing the bar, and polishes/sweeps an inner surface of the tube to be rolled; and a driving mechanism which is located in the bar inside and drives rotation of the wire brush. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
