<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mass-producing a separate tray at low cost and with high safety, in which a shaped material produced in a step of punching a tray container can be surely recovered, and a tray can be cut out with rounded corners for preventing injury by a corner of the cut-out tray. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a separate tray container includes: preliminarily making a cut in a tray container connecting portion; punching out the connecting portion by use of one or two or more male cutting edges, and one or two or more female cutting edges different in shape from the male cutting edges for cutting portions other than the cut; and removing or recovering the punched shaped material through between the female cutting edges. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
