PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household electrical appliance that contains hydrogen peroxide and supplies mist for preventing scale from appearing in a storage, to the storage.

SOLUTION: The household electrical appliance includes: the storage for storing objects to be stored; a hydrogen peroxide generator for producing hydrogen peroxide from water; a mist discharger for transforming the water containing hydrogen peroxide produced by the hydrogen peroxide generator into mist, and discharging the mist into the storage; a supply water path for supplying water to the hydrogen peroxide generator; and a scale component reducer provided in the water supply path, and for reducing the component of scale included in the water flowing through the water supply path.
