<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing easily aspheric silica particulates. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing aspheric silica particulates whose particle sizes measured by a dynamic light scattering method are in the range of 10-300 nm includes a step of performing a hydrolysis reaction and a condensation reaction of a hydrolyzable silane compound (component B) in a mixed liquid containing a compound (component A) for generating ammonia by hydrolysis, the hydrolyzable silane compound (component B) and an aqueous solvent (component C), wherein pH of the mixed liquid just after mixing all components to be contained in the mixed liquid is 5-8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
