VANADIUM DIOXIDE POWDER AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREFOR

Provided is a vanadium dioxide powder and a preparation method and use therefor. The A-phase accounts for 80% or more of the vanadium dioxide powder. The powder has a stable crystal form, excellent ductility, favorable mechanical properties and processability, and can be used as electrode material for batteries. The preparation method comprises using an alkaline reagent to titrate an ionic aqueous solution of quadrivalent vanadium so as to obtain a suspension, and then subjecting the suspension to a hydrothermal reaction, or directly subjecting the ionic aqueous solution of quadrivalent vanadium to a hydrothermal reaction. The method does not require specialized equipment, is easy to implement, and results in a high yield.
