The mounting structure has screw-fasteners (30) that are inserted into mounting holes (31) provided at two sides of rail (S) aligned in railway sleeper. The screw-fasteners have supporting resilient spring element (34) held on rail foot (Sf), and angular guide plate (37) for positioning rail on railway sleeper. A steel/plastic height-adjusting plate (40) is provided on rail in region below the angle guide plate and is rested on the flank (18) of receiving trough (15). The flank height is set such that the angular guide plate and height-adjusting plate are not extended over flank.
