The problem addressed by the present invention is, in a power strip and an electrical power measurement system, to enable measurement of consumed electrical power for each electrical appliance even if the consumed electrical power of each electrical appliance connected to a plurality of plug insertion sections of the power strip is small. The power strip has: a casing (6) provided with a plurality of plug insertion sections (1a) that have a first insertion opening (6a) and a second insertion opening (6b) into which the first plug prong (8) and second plug prong (9) of a power plug (7) are respectively inserted; a magnetic body core (21) provided corresponding to each of the plurality of plug insertion sections (1a) and provided with a first aperture (21a) into which the first plug prong (8) is inserted, a second aperture (21b) into which the second plug prong (9) is inserted, and a slit (21c) that interconnects the first aperture (21a) and the second aperture (21b); and a magnetic sensor (22) provided within the slit (21c).
