<p>The present invention relates to medical preparation which contains organic active ingredient, especially to the use of 3'4-dihydroxy-3,5'-dimethoxybibenzil in the manufacture of medicaments for treating cataract. The compound in the present invention has inhibition effect on two targets, which is useful to inhibiting AR activity in order to resisting hyperosmolarity, and inhibiting iNOS activity in order to resisting oxidation,therefore, the compound has excellent effect on against cataract. The compound in the present invention is a small molecule compound which is readily absorbed by organism and easy to pass through cell membrane, and then it dose not accumulate in organism and has no toxity and side-effect.</p> |
