PURPOSE: A document content ordering is provided to systematize sets of primitive areas into an ordered list to a page divided into sets of the primitive areas. CONSTITUTION: Primitive areas are classified as a sequence of the primitive areas according to first classification standards. A first and a second primitive areas are compared according to second classification standards(1420). The first and the second primitive areas is consecutive primitive areas in the sequence of the primitive areas. If a comparison of the first and the second primitive areas satisfies the second classification standards, the first and the second primitive areas are displaced from the sequence of the primitive areas(1430). An ordered list is generated based on the sequence of the displaced primitive areas(1440).
