PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an explosion-proof RC structure, an explosion-proof reinforcing method of an RC structure, and an explosion-proof RC panel are provided to improve an explosion-proof function by reinforcing an RC structure with carbon fiber and polyurea. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an explosion-proof RC structure is as follows. An RC(reinforced concrete) structure is placed and cured(S100). The side surfaces of the cured RC structure are processed(S110). Carbon fiber reinforcing members are attached on one or more side surfaces of the cured RC structure(S200). The attached carbon fiber reinforcing members are coated with a polyurea layer(S300).
