<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of illuminating the vicinity of scaffoldings without being projected to a walking region, securing safety in various ways while walking, and eliminating troublesomeness by attaining simplification of works in a scaffolding installation. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture is composed of an external cylindrical part 1 of a hollow cylindrical shape and a light part 3 accommodated in the external cylindrical part 1. The light part 3 is composed of a light-emitting part 4 covered by a translucent pipe part 5 and annular tightly-sticking parts 10 which are provided on both sides of the light-emitting part 4 and are formed by an elastic member. The external part 1 is provided with a cut-out window part 2, and a region where the cut-out window part 2 is provided is made to be a light-emitting part arrangement region A3 where the light-emitting part 4 of the light part 3 is located, and a region between the cut-out window part 2 and an end part of the external cylindrical part 1 is made to be a light part-fixing region A11, A21 where each of the tightly-sticking parts 10 is stuck tightly and an inner cylindrical member insertion region A12, A22 where the inner cylindrical member is inserted.
