<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sorting of printed matters by interleaves even when the printed matters are post-processed by bookbinding, cutting or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 18 or an image output system 10 includes: a main image forming section 44 that imposes a plurality of jobs and generates at least one main image data item; and an interleaf image forming section 46 that generates interleaf images according to the jobs constituting the main image data and generates interleaf image data including the interleaf images. Thus, interleaves 102 corresponding to the plurality of jobs can be output and, even when the printed matters are post-processed by the bookbinding, cutting or the like, sorting of a printed matter laminated body 100a after the post-process is ensured by means of the interleaves 102 in which the interleaf image data is printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
