<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increasing induction voltage to prevent a capacitor element and electronic apparatuses connected with a standby loop from being damaged. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention includes a service power feeding loop 3 connected with a high-frequency power supply 2 for energization and a standby power feeding loop 6 which is connected with a high-frequency power supply 5 and in which an induction voltage is induced from the service power feeding loop 3.
